Decadent, Healthy Chocolate Mousse in 2 Ways!
This creamy, dreamy Chocolate Avocado Mousse is a delicious way to practice a little self-love. Plus, it’s full of nutrients and made with healthy fats and a hint of citrusy sweetness so you can enjoy it guilt-free!
Dairy-Free Chocolate Peppermint Mousse
Ice and water (for ice bath)
8 ounces filtered water
10 oz bittersweet 70 percent chocolate, chopped
1 T Yacon Syrup or Pure Maple Syrup (optional)
3–4 drops Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil or 1 drop Peppermint & 2 drops Spearmint Vitality Essential Oils
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, bring filtered water to a boil. Turn off heat and add Yacon Syrup and chocolate.
Whisk until completely melted and smooth.

Add Peppermint Vitality and whisk again.
Pour melted chocolate into the mixing bowl in the ice bath and whisk vigorously until mixture becomes thick and ribbon-like.
Spoon mousse into petite serving cups or ramekins and refrigerate 1 hour.
Garnish with a light dusting of powdered sugar or cocoa powder and sprig of fresh mint or fresh raspberries.
